Our recent event on customer-centric collections and arrears management at Microsoft Brisbane was a huge success! We had a fantastic turnout, with representatives from many esteemed organisations across Brisbane.

The event featured two guest speakers, Jamie Leach from Cuscal, who spoke about the future of Open Banking, and Brad Rudduck from Flexicommercial, who discussed the benefits of automated debt collection. Attendees were able to learn about the latest developments in collections and arrears management solutions and connect with industry leaders.
